Shipping and Returns
You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping. The item must not have been used and still have the tags or packaging with it upon return. We would prefer that you visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, you can return it and get your money back. Back Order Policy
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is back ordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
In most cases the items ship UPS or Post Office/Priority Mail. International shipments (as well as Hawaii and Alaska) are usually shipped by Parcel Post. Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. While we ship all over the world, our flat rate shipping charge per item covers only the domestic United States. If you are from Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, or any international countries, you must contact us first for a shipping quote.

Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
